The Tom Yam paste with coconut cream for cooking in the home of the most famous Thai dishes from the producer Lobo.
Composition: 35% coconut cream, 15% salt, 13% sugar, 7% lemongrass, 6% shallots, 5% garlic, 5% galangal, 4% juice of tamarind, 3% chilli 2% leaf kafir lime, 2% fish sauce.
Contains no artificial ingredients and dyes.
The package is designed for 3-4 servings.
You will need:
- 720 ml of water;
- 250-300 gr. peeled shrimp (you can substitute squid, fish or finely cut meat);
- 150-200 gr. mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms).
Preparation: preheat 720 ml of water and add the contents of the package. Bring to a boil, add the shrimp and mushrooms. It is desirable to add fragrance to Thai dried spices 3-4 kafir lime leaf, galangal, lemongrass and fish sauce to taste. Cover pot, return to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. No need to cook too long. To taste you can add lime juice and coriander.
