Thai green curry – it is meat, especially beloved by tourists for a sharp, slightly sweet taste with a delicate aroma of coconut. Green Curry is prepared on the basis of special paste made from green chilli peppers and various spices. Green Curry, like most Thai dishes, usually served with hot boiled Jasmine rice.
You will need 250 gr. chopped meat (beef or chicken), 3-2 download small size eggplant, Basil leaves and hot red chili pepper (optional). Garnish usually served with steamed rice.
Method of preparation (for 2-3 servings):
Preheat a deep pan, pour 240 ml of coconut milk, mix with package content. Simmer until the pasta is completely dissolved in milk (about 5 minutes).
Then add 250 gr. chopped chicken or beef, 240 ml of hot water, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes.
It is desirable to add fragrance to Thai dried spices – 3-4 leaves of kafir lime.
Add chopped into small pieces eggplant, Basil leaves and optional chopped red chilli, fish sauce to taste and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
This dish is served hot with boiled Jasmine rice.
