You place your order on the Thai Voyage online store yourself without our participation; for your convenience, you can see on our site how to place your order correctly. After choosing the goods you need, send them to the basket and place your order. After your order is fully formed, you proceed to pay for it, after a successful payment, you will receive a letter with data on successful payment to your registered e-mail address. We check the payment you have made, form and send the package to the address you specified. The registration process is extremely simple and does not take you much time.

        The maximum allowable order weight is up to 10 kg. If the total weight of your order is more than permissible, then you should split the order into several orders. (The weight of one order should not exceed 10 kg). 

        FOR WHOLESALE PURCHASES: If you decide to purchase goods in bulk, the total weight of which far exceeds the allowable weight for sending by the postal services of Thailand and India - you need to register on our website as a Wholesale buyer. In this case, delivery to your country will be calculated individually. If you have any questions, please write to us, and we will give you explanations on wholesale purchases. 

        The cost of delivery of packages delivered by the postal services of Thailand and India on our website includes packaging materials and packaging. 

      Remember, until you have confirmed your order (by clicking the "confirm order" button at the last stage of registration), you can change your details and delivery or payment conditions, you can cancel the order or go back and select other products. If you are in doubt or have questions, contact us at this point. 

    After filling in all the information necessary for delivery in the order form, you proceed to pay for it, after the successful completion of which an information letter about successful payment and additional information regarding your order will be sent to the electronic box indicated by you during registration.

         Shipping cost depends on weight. To find out the cost of delivery to your country, you can put the necessary goods into the basket, then go to the basket, select your country and see the cost of delivery depending on the delivery method you have chosen.  
         After you have paid the full cost of the ordered goods and your payment has been verified by us, we form and send the package to the address you specified. 
         Delivery of your orders is  carried out by the postal services of the country where the goods are located, namely:
  • Thailand Postal Service;
  • Postal Service of India;
  • Turkish postal service.
         In all these types of delivery, you receive the parcel at your post office (you need a passport when you receive the parcel).
 
Order Lead Time   
 
      The lead time depends on each specific order, we begin to collect your package from the moment we receive payment for the order. Next, we will send you a parcel with a tracking number to track its location. Wholesale lots may take a little longer or if one of the ordered goods is not in stock, in this case we will contact you and inform about the delay.
