How to have fun celebrating the New Year
How to have fun celebrating the New Year and without consequences in the morning?
Probably now, on the eve of the upcoming celebrations, everyone is asking this question. I would like to spend the New Year 2015 both cheerfully and not be painfully ill in the morning. There is very little time left and the calendar will turn its page. Our online store “Thai Voyage” will tell you some tips on how to properly prepare for the holidays and how to wake up on the morning of January 1st in a fresh and cheerful state.
1. On New Year's Day, people usually drink champagne. But it’s not always about just one glass of sparkling drink. Do you know that fatigue is a good helper for alcohol? Therefore, before celebrating the most important day of the year, we advise you to get a good night's sleep; after a good sleep, you will feel cheerful and alcohol will not break you.
2. It is advisable to start preparing for the holiday now, so as not to fuss in the last days. Make a shopping list and menu in advance, what delights you will serve on the table (food and drinks for the table, gifts for friends, fireworks, candles and garlands). Now is the time to put up and decorate the Christmas tree! Prepare in advance your outfit that you will wear on New Year's Eve. Plan the celebration scenario and how you will have fun with your guests.
3. Now you can prepare your stomach for New Year's feasts. Try to start following a healthy diet. Less spicy, sweet and salty. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink green tea.
4. Also prepare your body. Visit a steam bath or sauna to take a little break from your daily worries. In addition, it will improve your health.
5. During feasts, do not forget to have a snack. And start right away with food; it’s better not to drink on an empty stomach, so as not to get sick.
6. Try to solve all your problems in the old outgoing year. Let go of your old grievances.
7. Do some house cleaning. Surely, you have old unnecessary things at home that you are all going to throw away, but never get around to. Now is the time to sort through the old and unnecessary.
8. Make a list of to-dos and plans. To enter the New Year firmly and confidently.
9. When the chimes strike, don’t forget to make your deepest wish.
We wish you a good morning on the first day of the new year! Take care of your health!
