Terms of affiliate program of online store Thai voyage
1. Definitions and terms
Site - Internet - a resource, designed as a set of interlinked hypertext documents placed on a computer connected to the Internet, containing text, graphics, hypertext links, as well as having a unique address on the Internet and available for viewing to an arbitrary number of visitors.
Internet-shop "Thai voyage" is a website on the Internet, which has an Internet address https://thai-voyage.com, which presents an assortment of goods from Thailand.
Goods - goods for oral care, hair, face, body, hands, feet, noni goods, natural coconut oil, natural soap, sunscreen products, balms and ointments, inhalers, aroma and spa products, tea and coffee, textiles, goods for children, goods for men and women, leather products of stingray, crocodile, snake, etc., latex products, souvenirs, goods from the firms "TROPICANA", "ABHAIBHUBEJHR", "PO CARE", "BOOTS", "SABAI AROM", etc., as well as other products presented in the catalog of the online store "Thai voyage" on the Site.
Purchase - payment made by a visitor to the online store "Thai voyage" for the ordered goods.
The buyer is a visitor to the online store "Thai voyage" and has made a purchase.
The attracted buyer is the buyer involved in the Partnership program.
The affiliate program is a program of mutually beneficial cooperation of the "Thai Voyage" online store with the Partners owning the sites, in order to obtain Partners a reward from the Income from the Purchases of Attracted Buyers.
Partner (an individual, an individual entrepreneur, a legal entity) is a registered user of the Affiliate Program of the online store "Thai Voyage", which has the right to receive remuneration in cash to a bank account.

The partner account is the page of the Partner's personal section in the online store "Thai Voyage", which automatically accumulates statistical information about the fee for participating in the affiliate program of the "Thai Voyage" online store.
Partner 's site - a site belonging to the Partner, which hosts hypertext links to products of the online store "Thai voyage."
The partner domain is a domain name belonging to the Partner's site.
2. General Provisions
2.1. Registration in the Partner Program, on the website of the online store "Thai Voyage" is considered the official consent of the Partner for the implementation of these Terms.
2.2. When applying to participate in the Partner Program, the Partner receives a "partner identifier". The affiliate identifier is used by the information system of the online store "Thai voyage" for the automatic registration of purchases made by Buyers who have transferred to the website of the "Thai Voyage" online store from the partner's website and made a purchase.
2.3. The affiliate program for the site owner means placing the partner links to products from the catalog of the online store "Thai voyage".
2.4. The Partner's reward is made up of the Purchases made by the Borrowed Customers when clicking on the links to the website of the "Thai Voyage" online store from the partner's website.
2.5. The new User who has transferred to the website of the "Thai Voyage" online store through the affiliate link, is automatically tied to the Partner ID. All Purchases made by the User are counted as Purchases of the Attracted Buyer.
Note:
In case of registration of the Buyer, his account is attached to the partner's ID, on the site where the Buyer was registered. In addition, the buyer is recorded a cookie with the identifier of the Partner. At subsequent visits of the Buyer to the Site during the purchase, they will be considered as Purchased by the Partner. Accounting is carried out by binding the Partner to the user name (in case of registration / authorization) or by the cookie.
This means that the binding of the Buyer to the Partner's ID is not limited to the current session of the Buyer's work with the online store "Thai voyage".
2.8. Internet-shop "Thai voyage" undertakes:
· To provide the Partner with access to statistical information about Affiliate purchases on the website of the Internet shop "Thai voyage"
· Provide access to the Partner account,
· Provide site owners with relevant materials for placing links in the form of XML export of the contents of the store catalog,
2.9. Since the assignment of the unique partner identifier of the catalog of the online store "Thai voyage", both parties undertake to fulfill these Terms.
2.10. The Internet store "Thai voyage" has the right to refuse to register with the Client as a Partner in the event that the registered Internet resource does not meet the requirements for partner sites (see section 3).
2.11. The fact of registration as a Partner does not imply payment of a fee. Remuneration is awarded to the Partner only for Purchases made by the Attracted Buyer.
The online store "Thai voyage" reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The amended text of the Terms and Conditions is posted on https://thai-voyage.com.
3. Terms of partnership
3.1. When registering as a Partner in the Affiliate Program for website owners, the online store "Thai Voyage" prefers large, professionally executed sites. The application for registration submitted by the potential Partner can be rejected without additional explanations by the manager on the Affiliate Program of the Internet shop "Thai voyage" if the Internet resource does not meet these requirements.
3.2. In the affiliate program of the online store "Thai voyage", sites that contain pornographic information can not participate; promote violence; racial, gender, religious and other forms of inequality; activities that are expressly banned; violate the law on the rights to the results of intellectual activity.
3.3. The Partner's website may be removed from the Partner Program if, during the course of the changes on the Partner's website, it has ceased to comply with the terms of the partnership specified in these Terms and / or the Partner's site has not been accessed for a long time. If the Partner is excluded from participating in the Partner Program, his access to the closed sections of the Partner Program is blocked, statistics on transitions and orders through his partner links are not maintained.
The partner can be reinstated to participate in the Partner Program, if the site leads to compliance with the terms of participation in the Partner Program and notifies the Partner Program Manager about it through the feedback form of the online store "Thai voyage".
3.4. For the period of participation in the Partner Program, the online store "Thai Voyage" grants the Partner the right to use and post (on the public notice) on the Partner's Website text and graphic materials from the pages of the "Thai Voyage" online store, on the basis of a non-exclusive license, exclusively in within the framework of the Partnership program (specifying the source of borrowing), in order to increase the effectiveness of the Partner's participation in the Partner Program. This right applies to the following materials:
· Descriptions of the goods of the Internet shop "Thai voyage";
· Photos of the goods of the Internet shop "Thai voyage";
· News of the online store "Thai voyage";
· Graphic images and banners with the symbols of the online store «Thai voyage», further «Materials»
Note: the placement of trademarks of the online store "Thai Voyage" on the Partner's website, in order to increase the effectiveness of the Partner's participation in the Partner Program, is not recognized as using the trademarks of the "Thai Voyage" online store, with all rights reserved, to all Materials provided to the Partner in the framework of the Partnership Program.
3.5. The Internet store "Thai voyage" may revoke the right specified in clause 3.4. For the use and placement of materials by notifying the Partner about it by e-mail at least 10 days before the termination of the right to use the Materials, and in the event of the availability of the status of Commercial Partner - in writing at least 10 days before the termination of the right to use the Materials, the withdrawal of the permission to use the Materials is a notice of termination of the Agreement and / or termination of participation in the Partner Program.
3.6. The Partner is not allowed to post:
Materials (texts, graphics, etc.) and links that contain pornographic information; promote violence; racial, gender, religious and other forms of inequality; activities that are expressly prohibited by law; violate the law on the rights to the results of intellectual activity, contain viruses and malicious codes.
4. General conditions
4.1. The Partner may, at his own initiative, terminate his participation in the Partnership Program without explaining the reasons, by notifying the online store "Thai Voyage" in writing not less than 30 calendar days before the date of termination of the Agreement.
4.2. In the event of termination of participation in the Partnership Program and / or termination of the Agreement, the Partner is obliged to remove from his Internet resource all Materials received from the website of the "Thai Voyage" online store, in accordance with clause 3.4. and delete the mention of the Partner Program for 5 (five) days before termination of participation in the Partnership Program and / or termination of the Agreement.
4.3. In the event that the Partner does not communicate in any way with the online store "Thai Voyage", within ten days from the date of notification of termination of participation in the Partnership Program and / or termination of the Agreement, then:
4.4. It is considered that the notice was received and if the Buyer applied to the online store "Thai voyage", with a partner ID and purchased a product or service, the partner reward is not fixed or accrued;
4.5. Reconciliation of mutual payments with the Partner is made unilaterally and the online store "Thai voyage" pays the Partner's Partner's fee due on a bank card or on a personal purse on the Internet due to the Commercial Partner.
Upon the completion of these actions, further claims of the Partner to the online store "Thai voyage" for the fulfillment of the terms of the Partnership Program or the Treaty shall not be accepted. The reconciliation results for the payment of the Partner's remuneration are considered final.
5. Financial calculations and payment procedure
5.1. The Partner's reward is calculated depending on the total cost of the Purchases made by the Acquired Buyers. The percentage of the Partner's Remuneration is 5% of the amount purchased by the Buyer on the website of the "Thai Voyage" online store.
Note:
The amount for shipping the goods to the Buyer is not taken into account. The commission for the transfer of payments to the partner by the Internet shop "Thai voyage" is paid by the Partner.
5.2. The Partner remuneration is paid in one of the following ways:
- to his bank account in the bank;
- on PayPal.
5.3. For Strategic Partners, individual conditions for calculating payments are possible. Individual conditions are fixed in the relevant Treaty.
Note: A Strategic Partner is a Partner whose Remuneration amounts to at least $ 500 per month (or the equivalent amount in the Partner's national currency).
5.4. The minimum payment amount is $ 100 (or the equivalent amount in the national currency of the Partner).
